About Teena, your coach

 

With over 18 years of experience as a certified life coach, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through meaningful personal change in a one-to-one setting. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, and I naturally weave mindfulness and holistic practices into my coaching to support both body and mind.

My purpose is to help you create positive, sustainable lifestyle changes that support personal growth — not just in one area of life, but across your health, relationships, career, and overall wellbeing. By focusing on what truly matters to you and brings you joy, lasting change becomes possible.

Like many of the people I work with, my own life has been shaped by challenge and change. From sports injuries and car accidents to career transitions and periods of high stress, I’ve learned first-hand how overwhelming life can feel at times. These experiences taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of self-care — lessons that continue to shape how I live and how I coach.

I believe happiness, wellbeing, and self-care are not luxuries — they are essential. While life doesn’t always follow a smooth path, taking things step by step and focusing on what you can influence creates momentum, clarity, and confidence.

Real, lasting change takes commitment and effort, but it always begins with a healthy body, a supported mind, and a positive mindset. Coaching allows me to guide you through this process with compassion, honesty, and practical tools that fit your real life.
